We want to do everything possible to make your wedding event a joyful and wonderful experience that you will want to remember for a lifetime. 1. In order to assure that TriCoast Photography meets your photography needs, if you have any special requests in the way of photography, please make sure you let him or her know. You can expect your photographer to be creative in capturing these special moments. 2. Please allow a minimum thirty to forty (30 to 40) minutes after the ceremony for formal photographs. 3. To assure full coverage of your wedding, please have everyone in the bridal party including parents on location dressed and ready for photographs at least two (2) hours before your ceremony. We cannot be held responsible for special photographs missed because of late attendance. 4. A retainer fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) is required to reserve your photographers for your wedding date. The balance of your wedding is payable in full 14 days before the wedding. The retainer fee applies towards your package selection and is non-refundable. 5. Unlimited time consists up to 14 hours on one day of photography time. 6. Additional photography time is available for your wedding convenience at One Hundred and Seventy-Five Dollars ($175.00) per hour. Due to scheduling, additional photography time cannot be guaranteed unless reserved in advance. 7. Your wedding display proof album will be available for delivery and/or online proofing to you approximately four (4) to eight (8) weeks after your Wedding date. 8. Custom wedding albums will vary on delivery date due to the company that creates the album. Please ask when ordering for approximate time-frame. 9. All prices are subject to city and state taxes; please make sure you add this into your wedding budget. 10. On destination sessions special requirements are needed and special rules may apply, please ask if interested. 11. There will be a twenty-five dollar ($25) charge for any returned checks. 12.
